If i can choose, I will not give any rating! one of the female solicitor charged me over $2,000 to settle my small town house. I emailed her to ask why she both charged me $900 professional fees, and some services should be part of the process of settlement including contacting with bank, postage, email and so on. She ignored my email. The next day I emailed her to reply me. She sent me an email to stop me insulting her by trying to negotiate fees. I feel so hopeless and upset to use her service. People earn the money you should earn, not using your knowledge to make money that you shouldn't make. I signed the trust account authority, I paid $1200 as she asked before she starting doing research. I am ok with she charges me doing researches. But with $900 professional fee, I couldn't understand what that included?? As every single services she had done she charged, but why extra $900 professional fee?? what is that? People wouldn't pay $2206.27 as solicitor fee for a small town house. If at the beginning, she clearly mentioned what will be included or how much she would charge for her total service, I would have some other choices. Even today's settlement, I didn't hear from her at the first time. I was told by my bank that it's settled.
