We had an amazing experience with Michael and the team who really helped us out when we were in a bind. Contacted them around 1pm as a new client requesting a document be drawn up. They had 3 documents drawn up and ready for us by 6pm. We never expected anyone to work after hours but they were more than happy to help us out. And considering they worked after hours the bill was more than reasonable. We now know where our all our business will be taken in the future!

I left a review earlier regarding my experience and I have now received an aggressive responses to my review by this business, telling me that my emails to them asking for my deposit back (when it is not being used) were demanding. I will clarify that I was told a deposit paid may or may not be needed as the task required may not be necessary to be carried out, at which point I simply asked for my deposit back if they are not sure about the task needing to be completed. This is while I had already paid for a job that was to be fixed fee consultation. I never received a response regarding my query about my deposit being refunded and so I sent multiple emails asking for a response. This is because I was not receiving a response about the deposit being refunded when fixed fees were already paid and the deposit was to be used for a job that they said may not be required to do. I never received a response regarding my query and this is evidenced in the email trail for anyone that is interested in seeing it. Please note their aggressive response to my initial feedback (honest feedback here on Google reviews), which is through a forum designed for this exact purpose. You will be able to tell a lot by their response, as to what sort of attitude you will be dealing with if you need to get anything done through this "business". Let it be made clear that my initial review was left after I asked them to finalise my account and return my deposit, after which they still deducted further fees from my deposit. Hence, their response to my initial review which states that 'this is not a reasonable way to get what I want' makes no sense, since there is nothing that I am trying to get from them anymore and review was left after terminating and closing my account with them.
