Came highly recommended but seemed disinterested in my case. Forgot details Id already shared regarding the issue. Wasn’t personable, which you’d like when dealing with family matters.
Best to park in Woolworths car park at back and walk through to main Rd to go in to lawyer Office up stairs I've used them in past they do good work.
Poor service! Very Slow. 16/05/2019 Mother passed away on the 24th May 2018. My brother & I spoke with lawyer "Lyndall Garnham" at Blissendons on or about the 30th May 2018 on behalf of the four of mums children,. Ms Garnham advised my brother & I, mums estate should be completed by late November, early December. Mum owed no one and was completely clear of debt. We have been waiting patiently, enquiring from time to time as to progress. Six months ago when we enquired as to progress,we were advised, Westpac bank still held the deeds to mums house. Ms Garnham in the mean time went on maternity leave, which I believe left my siblings & myself in the lurch so to speak. My other brother spoke personally with Rob Blissendon as to the hold up,two months ago and was assured this matter would be expediated and the deeds to mums house would be aquired immediately. I attended "Blissendons" at 10;00 hours this morning to enquire again as to the state of play so to speak only to be told "Westpac" still have the deeds to mums house. The receptionist was quite polite at first this morning but the tone of her voice seemed to change at my persistence that I was unhappy with the service being offered. It grieves that I have had to resort to posting this review, it was bad enough losing mum, but being reminded that her estate is still in limbo is a pain we can do without. Thomas A Males
Very good at what they do I'd recommend them to everyone I know
Rude and outrageously expensive. Do not recommend.
