I had a very disappointing experience with this service. It seems their primary focus is on making money rather than providing quality customer care. Their lack of attention to clients is concerning. This is a major red flag, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with them.

In 2010 I was unfairly dismissed from a high profile role. At that time, my visa to live in Australia was linked to my job.
