First star 🌟 goes to their Add on the radio, very professionally done, I was convinced from the add these people were professional and could really help my plight. Second star 🌟 they answered my phone call promptly, within no time I was speaking with Vince ( what I thought was a professional lawyer). I explained that I was calling on the behalf on someone who didn't speak English well and that they had been in a car accident. the lawyer they were using, in my opinion wasn't doing as well as they should with the case. Vince instructed me to get them to call and he would do what he could. Loss of star🌟 when my friend called the next day Vince had no clue who my friend was (after he took down her name and mine) or myself, no clue why she was calling, offered no advice other then to say go to the Petrial conference, it's to late to do anything... 🤷🏻♂️ Loss of another star 🌟 according to their Add, it said even if you hired another lawyer it costs nothing to get a second opinion. His amnesia and offered no legal advice whatsoever other them to keep going with the person you're with. Waste of time Loss of the last star 🌟 I have no confidence in this firm as it is clear its all about the money for them, which I totally understand, lawyers have such a bad rap because of firms like this who have no compassion or empathy if there isn't enough money in it for them. I would search elsewhere, after all their add is right, it costs nothing to shop around. Find someone you feel confident with...
