Only reason I give two stars on this review is because I got a partial refund! Friendly does not mean that you get good service. Keep that in mind. If you are looking to get help/advice regarding partner visas don't bother. As far as I can tell their speciality is student visas. But don't quote me on that, if the service you receive for student visa applications is as poor as what I received for then all I can say is that I'm sorry you didn't read this review earlier. Unprofessional is an understatement. You've been warned.
