My solicitor from legal aid called Alanna helped me to get what I deserved. She is very passion, professional to handle my case. Thank you so much.
There is a lady name Safa. She denied and refused my problem and express her unwillingness to help! Her answer is always “ sorry we don’t help it here” to my problems! Once she knows that I’m an international student then she requires me to give her every little details about my insurance then she mocks me by saying “ if you’re experiencing many trouble in Australia, you should go back to your home”! And finally she told me to call legal aid number because they preferred solving problems on the phone rather than in-person. Now there’s racism expressed by the government’s staff.
I went there yesterday morning, I was helped by 2 lovely ladies that went above and beyond to help me. They were so patient, caring and respectful and professional. They absolutely made my day. Thank you to Gloria and Safa. Highly recommend 😊
Amazing and inspirational staff that endeavour to achieve great results within the legal framework. Great legal service offered all year round. I highly appreciate your time and efforts. You are all my heroes in this time of hardship. May God bless you all and grant you all success in this life and the next. Ps. "Surely within every hardship there is ease" and remember congruency, integrity and honesty will always win my dear friends. With outmost love and respect to you all. STRIVE FOR SUCCESS
Why they take tax payer's money to pay those lousy legal aids. They are not helpful at all. I once received a ticket from the police. I went to legal aid for assistance. In stead of helping me, she was very sarcastic. She spoke to me like I was an idiot. She then simply left. Another guy took over and talked to me a little more politely. But both of them just ask me to pay the one grand fine. Finally I got help from my friend. I simply wrote a letter to the judge and explained that it was accidental, not intentional and it was my first time. The judge just waived the fine.
